Our unique 3-Tier coaching accreditation programme provides an ongoing partnership, with a systemic, structured and quality assured-model to develop powerful coaching skills across your organisation. Ultimately, you will embed an integrated coaching culture through your internal, self-sustaining coaching capacity. While other training programmes may input-and-go, we stay with you to embed this vital work into the fabric of your workplace culture.

Tier 1
Foundation Stage (one term)
For any individual who is interested in what coaching! Whether you have participated in coaching before or not, this is the starting point for developing a consistent approach to quality coaching. This programme is designed to show you “what a good one looks like” and to help you unpick the 4 Foundation Skills through a personal immersive learning experience.
Tier 2
Practitioner Coach (two terms)
For participants who have gained their Foundation Stage accreditation and who are keen to apply their understanding of the Foundation skills through coaching two colleagues themselves. This programme is designed to help you grow in competence and confidence over two terms. You are supported every step of the way by the same coach you worked with on the Foundation Stage, and are introduced to 4 new coaching skills.
Tier 3
Lead Coach (three terms)
For participants who have gained Practitioner Stage accreditation and who are keen to lead on the development of the coaching culture across their school. The programme is designed to help you develop your experience and thinking across one academic year. You are supported to learn, experiment and reflect on your growing skills, knowledge and competencies, and keep an overview of the impact you see happening around you.
